Hey Everyone!

What an amazing past two weeks Sister Smithson and I had!  We have been so overwhelmingly blessed with miracles.  My testimony of praying specifically (even if your prayers take a while) has definitely strengthened.  We have been praying for another family to teach.  When we were over at our investigating family's, the girls had a friend over and at the end of the lesson we invited all of them to be baptized.  All of them, including the friend, said yes!  We asked the friend if we could meet and teach her and her family, and it just so happens that they live right next door.  We taught our first lesson with our new family two days later. Not only are we teaching these two neighbors but we are teaching a man and his son right across the street.  Miracles!
Two awesome girls who are getting baptized soon!

I love serving in Amherst ward and the YSA Branch.  We are teaching a super awesome college student, Catherine, from China.  For the last three weeks we have only been able to see her 15 minutes once a week due to her busy schedule.  But from week to week, we could see the Spirit work in her as she reads the Book of Mormon and has come to Church attending the Buffalo ward (the time worked better with her schedule).  At our last appointment, Catherine was beaming and literally could not stop smiling.  She had rearranged her schedule and even cancelled a few extra curricular activities to come tot he YSA Branch.  As she was with us at Church, she was quietly humming to the prelude music and would dance a little bit to the hymns in her seat.  She loved it.  It's humbling to teach Catherine.  She is so gung-ho about the Gospel and recognizes how much happiness the Gospel brings her.
Trying to get the car ready to brave the blizzard

You probably heard about or saw the crazy snow blizzard that it us recently and let me tell you, it was a lot of snow and wind.  The day before the snow storm it was nice and sunny and warm!  Then winter had to remind us that it's still here and drop a few feet of snow, haha.  Other than a few set appointments, we were advised to stay inside.  When we did go out it was CRAZY trying to drive but don't worry, we were very safe. :)

Need to send out prayer requests for our list of investigators and less-active members we're working with.  Can't do the work without your prayers and faith too!
Pray for:
Juanita, Robert, Janae, Janhi, Danielle, Mya, Miles, Jeff, Jacob, Scott, Catherine, Zarina, Lisa, Shawn, Victoria, Andrew, Victoria A., Anthony, Jayden, Joy, Heather, Emily, Lori,  . . . and miracles!

Loving every minute out here in Buffalo!
Love and miss you all!
Love,
Sister Killen
